Custom Sizes, Corrugated Materials, and Printing Options

If one of our standard sizes already fits your product, we’ll quote that. Either way, we check the dimensions against your product before the die line is final. Our board comes in kraft or white, and in single, double, or triple wall boxes. Single wall is enough for lighter boxes. If the contents are heavy, or the boxes will be stacked, go with double or triple wall. We choose the board according to your product’s weight, then pick a flute type that suits both that weight and the print quality you’re after.

Our printing options are flexo, digital, and offset, in one to five colors. Coatings come in matte or gloss, and if you’d like a bit more polish, we can add spot UV or foil. Printing on the inside is available too. 

How to Select the Right Corrugated Box

• Weight and stacking. The heavier the product and the taller the pallet stack, the stronger the walls need to be, and the higher the ECT rating.
• Shipping route. Boxes get thrown around in parcel networks, and long freight hauls or damp storage can weaken the board. Think about the journey and the storage conditions before you pick a grade.
• Presentation. If the box lands directly in your customer’s hands, good printing and a clean mailer style are worth the extra thought.

Custom Wholesale Corrugated Packaging

Wholesale is the adequate route if you reorder the same product again and again, or control boxes at more than one site. On bulk jobs, we work out the board and the printing together so they fit as one plan.

We don’t have a fixed price list, because no two orders are quite the same. The cost of each box comes down to its size, the board, the wall construction, how much of it is printed, and how many you’re ordering.

Send us your box size and inform us which printing colours and styles you require and what type of finish you require. Then our team will help you fill out the quote with all of your requirements. We provide the lowest moqs start at 100, and our production time is 7 to 14 days, but sometimes it depends on the quantity and printing styles of your boxes.
