Custom auto bottom boxes snap into shape in seconds; no glue or tape needed. They hold their form under weight. They're quick to assemble on a packing line. If you ship retail products, food items, or Custom Wrist Watch Boxes USA, these boxes save time without cutting corners on strength.
That’s exactly what we do at HPP. We work with brands across the US, from small e-commerce shops in Austin to established retailers in Chicago, to design custom auto bottom boxes that hold up in the warehouse and on the doorstep. Our team handles sourcing through to print finishing, so you’re not juggling suppliers, and we stay on top of US packaging standards so you don’t have to.
Take one Austin-based e-commerce brand. Their old boxes needed tape on every side, slowing down fulfilment. They switched to our auto base boxes, and packing time per order dropped fast.
Because we get box specs right the first time. Getting caught out with the wrong dimensions or board weight can cost you damaged shipments and returns. Our in-house QA team checks crush strength and fold accuracy on every production batch before it leaves the factory. We’ll flag it too if your current spec isn’t built for your product’s weight. The same checks apply to our Perfume Rigid Boxes USA, so your whole packaging range holds up the same way.
Over a decade in this business. That’s taught us what actually survives a warehouse floor and what falls apart on a truck. We’ve shaped our auto bottom box range around real client feedback, not guesswork, which is why e-commerce brands, retailers, and subscription box companies keep coming back for repeat orders. Work with us, and you get a team that’s already solved most of the problems your product might hit; the same team behind our Matte Black Mylar Bags USA and other product lines.
We don’t just do auto bottom boxes. Our company also provides Energy Bar Packaging USA, Supplement Packaging Pouches USA, Pen Printing USA… One supplier, your whole e-commerce line sorted.

Retail goods, food packaging, subscription boxes, and anything shipped directly to customers work well. Fast assembly matters most for high-volume fulfilment, and that's exactly what these boxes are built for.
The auto-lock base adds extra support at the seams, so it often handles more weight than a standard tuck-bottom box. We test each spec before it goes into production.
Yes, and full-colour printing is available on kraft or white board, so your branding shows up the way you want it.
Most orders take two to three weeks from artwork approval, though that shifts a bit with order size and finish. Rush timelines can sometimes be arranged, too.
MOQs vary by size and print complexity, though smaller runs are possible for brands testing a new product line. Just ask, and we'll work out what fits your budget.
Most are. Plain corrugated board recycles easily through standard US recycling programs, though a printed or coated finish can affect that slightly.
